Cocaine Use Disorder Study
The purpose of this study is to understand whether semaglutide, a medication used to treat diabetes and obesity, is safe and acceptable in people with cocaine use disorder.- You may be eligible if you're an adult (18+), have cocaine use disorder and can make weekly visits to the study site.
- Study participants can expect weekly visits to receive medication, physical examinations, surveys, blood work and compensation for their time.

Medication Effects on Opioid Craving, Mood, and Sleep in Methadone Treatment
Purpose: The study is testing whether medication can decrease opioid craving and improve mood and sleep quality in people enrolled in methadone treatment.- Eligibility: Must be between 18 and 65 years old, enrolled in or willing to start methadone treatment for opioid addiction, and not be pregnant or breastfeeding
- Duration: Participants will enroll for a period of 2-3 months and will receive compensation for each study visit
