Heroin Taper Research Study

Cocaine Use Disorder Study

  • Graphic of sad person, needle and therapyThe purpose of this study is to understand whether semaglutide, a medication used to treat diabetes and obesity, is safe and acceptable in people with cocaine use disorder.
  • You may be eligible if you're an adult (18+), have cocaine use disorder and can make weekly visits to the study site.
  • Study participants can expect weekly visits to receive medication, physical examinations, surveys, blood work and compensation for their time.

Medication Effects on Opioid Craving, Mood, and Sleep in Methadone Treatment

  • Animated graphic of happy womanPurpose: The study is testing whether medication can decrease opioid craving and improve mood and sleep quality in people enrolled in methadone treatment.
  • Eligibility: Must be between 18 and 65 years old, enrolled in or willing to start methadone treatment for opioid addiction, and not be pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Duration: Participants will enroll for a period of 2-3 months and will receive compensation for each study visit
